WHAT WE EXPECT: 

  • Responsible for handling inbound enquiries and managing our bookings systems 

  • Communicating with our clientele daily via phone/email/social media platforms. 

  • Meeting customer needs and maximising venue earning potential. 

  • Working alongside the venue and operations team to ensure clear communication 

  • Delving into pro-active sales and outreach when required to identify and contact potential corporate customers 

  • Based at The Office, LS16 – You must be able to reliably commute 

WHAT YOU GET: 

  • £12.21ph with the option to advance to salary

  • 37.5 Hours per week - Monday to Friday 9-5 with occasional 8-4/10-6
