With a Head Office based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, but with venues all across the UK, we are always on the look out for individuals who align with outr core values.

It's our chance to celebrate the people behind the magic, recognise standout achievements, and look back on the year in style.

With plenty of laughs, well-earned applause, and maybe a dancefloor moment or two, the PAPPYs is more than just an awards show—it’s a proper celebration of everything we’ve built together.

We support strong team bonds by funding two social outings per year for every venue team. These events are fully paid for and give teams the opportunity to connect, unwind, and enjoy time together outside of the day-to-day.

Whether it's a group activity or a shared meal, we encourage each team to choose what suits them best—because great teamwork starts with strong relationships.
