WHAT WE’D EXPECT FROM YOU;

In our Kitchen Manager we want energy that drives the business forward in a way that requires you to be a real natural leader with a passion for food and hospitality. You will oversee the kitchen operation both leading the team and preparing dishes yourself. High standards and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are a must.

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all food items and products are stored, prepared and served in line with company standards
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Uphold all compliance with food healthy and safety standards
• Weekly stock takes, placing orders, receiving deliveries
• Ordering kitchen materials and ingredients based on the menu and demand
• Maintain cooking equipment
• Overseeing the training of employees to ensure the safe operation of kitchen equipment and utensils

JOB SPECIFICS;

• Flexible hours available
• It is expected that you will be available to work weekends and public holidays
• Expected to have a reliable commute to work
• Work within a large team of up to 50 staff members
• Reporting directly to Line Managers
• Must be over 18
